تطبيق سندريلا — Cinderella

نحن في مطاعم سندريلا نحترم خصوصيتك ونحرص على حماية معلوماتك. نستخدم المعلومات التي تقدمها لنا فقط بالقدر اللازم لتسجيل حسابك، تنفيذ طلباتك، توصيلها، وتحسين تجربتك في التطبيق.

باختصار:

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نستخدمها لأغراض إعلانية خارجية.

1. ما المعلومات التي نحتاجها؟

عند استخدامك لتطبيق سندريلا، قد نحتاج إلى بعض المعلومات البسيطة لتقديم الخدمة لك:

رقم الهاتف

يُستخدم لإنشاء حسابك وتسجيل الدخول وإرسال رمز التحقق، وكذلك للتواصل معك عند الحاجة بخصوص طلباتك.

الاسم

نستخدمه للتعرف عليك ومساعدتنا في تسليم طلبك بالشكل الصحيح.

البريد الإلكتروني

اختياري، ويمكنك إضافته من صفحة حسابك إذا رغبت في ذلك.

موقعك الجغرافي

نستخدم موقعك أثناء استخدام التطبيق لمساعدتك في اختيار عنوان التوصيل، تحديد الفرع المناسب وحساب أجور التوصيل.

يمكنك رفض السماح للتطبيق بالوصول إلى موقعك. وفي هذه الحالة يمكنك اختيار موقعك على الخريطة أو إدخال عنوانك يدويًا.

نحن لا نتتبع موقعك في الخلفية ولا نستخدم موقعك عندما لا تستخدم التطبيق.

عناوين التوصيل المحفوظة

إذا اخترت حفظ عنوان، نحتفظ به لتسهيل طلباتك القادمة. ويمكنك إدارة عناوينك من داخل التطبيق.

سجل الطلبات ونقاط الولاء

يتم الاحتفاظ بمعلومات طلباتك لمساعدتك في متابعة طلباتك السابقة واحتساب نقاط الولاء والعروض الخاصة بك.

إشعارات التطبيق

يستخدم التطبيق رمزًا تقنيًا خاصًا بجهازك لإرسال إشعارات تتعلق بحالة طلبك. أما الإشعارات الخاصة بالعروض والقسائم، فتُرسل وفق إعدادات الإشعارات الخاصة بك، ويمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت.

إحصاءات استخدام التطبيق

نجمع إحصاءات استخدام داخل التطبيق (مثل الشاشات التي تفتحها وخطوات الطلب) لتحسين الخدمة. تكون هذه الإحصاءات مرتبطة بحسابك إذا كنت مسجّل الدخول، وإلا فترتبط برقم عشوائي خاص بتثبيت التطبيق على جهازك، وليس معرّف الإعلانات في جهازك. وتُحفظ على خوادمنا فقط ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة، وتُحذف تلقائيًا بعد 6 أشهر، وتُفصل عن حسابك عند حذفه.

2. ما الذي لا نصل إليه؟

لطمأنتك، تطبيق سندريلا لا يحتاج إلى الوصول إلى:

جهات الاتصال الموجودة في هاتفك.
صورك أو ملفاتك الشخصية.
الميكروفون.
الكاميرا.
موقعك في الخلفية.

كما أننا لا نخزن بيانات بطاقات الدفع البنكية؛ الدفع عند الاستلام نقدًا وفق طريقة الدفع المتاحة في الخدمة.

3. لماذا نستخدم معلوماتك؟

إنشاء حسابك وتسجيل الدخول.
استقبال وتنفيذ طلباتك.
توصيل الطلب إلى العنوان الذي تختاره.
حساب أجور التوصيل والفرع المناسب.
إخبارك بحالة طلبك.
تطبيق الخصومات والقسائم ونقاط الولاء.
الرد على استفساراتك وشكاواك.
تحسين جودة خدماتنا وتجربة استخدام التطبيق.

لا نستخدم معلوماتك لبيعها أو تأجيرها إلى شركات أخرى لأغراض تسويقية.

4. هل نشارك معلوماتك مع جهات أخرى؟

نحن لا نشارك معلوماتك إلا عندما يكون ذلك ضروريًا لتقديم الخدمة.

قد نستعين بمزودي خدمات تقنية يساعدوننا في تشغيل بعض وظائف التطبيق، مثل:

خدمات الإشعارات: لإرسال إشعارات الطلب إلى جهازك.
خدمات الخرائط والمواقع: لمساعدتك في اختيار موقع وعنوان التوصيل.
خدمة الرسائل النصية: لإرسال رمز التحقق إلى رقم هاتفك.
خدمة المساعد داخل التطبيق: عند استخدامك للمساعد، فإن الرسائل التي ترسلها إليه تُعالَج بخدمة ذكاء اصطناعي متعاقدين معها لتقديم الرد المطلوب.

كما يتم تزويد سائق التوصيل بالمعلومات الضرورية لإتمام عملية التوصيل، مثل الاسم ورقم الهاتف والعنوان.

لا نبيع بيانات العملاء ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية خارجية.

5. كم نحتفظ بمعلوماتك؟

نحتفظ بمعلومات حسابك طالما أنك تستخدم التطبيق وتحتاج إلى خدماتنا.
نحتفظ بسجل الطلبات بالقدر اللازم لخدمة العملاء والمتطلبات المحاسبية.
عند حذف حسابك، نقوم بحذف بياناتك الشخصية المرتبطة بالحساب، مع إمكانية الاحتفاظ ببعض سجلات الطلبات بصورة غير مرتبطة بهويتك عندما يكون ذلك ضروريًا لأغراض المحاسبة أو السجلات. كما تُفصل إحصاءات الاستخدام عن حسابك فورًا. ونحتفظ برقم هاتفك وحده (بلا اسم أو عنوان) مع سبب الحذف، فقط لمنع تكرار عروض الزبائن الجدد وتطبيق الحظر، ولا نستخدمه للتسويق.

6. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت

يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك مباشرة من التطبيق:

القائمة الجانبية ← حسابي ← حذف الحساب

كما يمكنك التواصل معنا عبر info@asr-sharq.com وسننفّذ طلب الحذف خلال 30 يومًا كحد أقصى.

7. التحكم في صلاحيات التطبيق

أنت تتحكم في الصلاحيات التي تمنحها للتطبيق.

يمكنك في أي وقت من إعدادات هاتفك:

إيقاف صلاحية الموقع.
إيقاف الإشعارات.
إدارة الصلاحيات الأخرى الممنوحة للتطبيق.

وفي حال رفض صلاحية الموقع، يمكنك اختيار موقع التوصيل يدويًا من داخل التطبيق.

8. كيف نحمي معلوماتك؟

تشفير الاتصال بين التطبيق وخوادمنا باستخدام HTTPS.
استخدام وسائل تخزين آمنة لبيانات جلسة المستخدم.
تقييد الوصول إلى بيانات العملاء وفق الصلاحيات اللازمة.

9. خصوصية الأطفال

تطبيق سندريلا مخصص للاستخدام العام، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات شخصية من الأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا. إذا علمنا بوجود بيانات جُمعت من طفل دون هذا السن، سنتخذ الإجراءات المناسبة لحذفها.

10. تحديث سياسة الخصوصية

قد نقوم بتحديث سياسة الخصوصية عند إضافة خدمات أو ميزات جديدة إلى التطبيق. سيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلى هذه الصفحة، وننصح بمراجعتها من وقت لآخر.

At Cinderella Restaurants we respect your privacy and take care to protect your information. We use the information you give us only as much as needed to register your account, fulfil your orders, deliver them, and improve your experience in the app.

In short:

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for external advertising.

1. What information do we need?

When you use the Cinderella app, we may need some basic information to provide the service:

Phone number

Used to create your account, sign in and send the verification code, and to contact you about your orders when needed.

Name

Used to identify you and to help us deliver your order correctly.

Email address

Optional — you can add it from your account page if you wish.

Your location

We use your location while you are using the app to help you choose a delivery address, select the right branch and calculate the delivery fee.

You can refuse to let the app access your location. In that case you can pick your location on the map or enter your address manually.

We do not track your location in the background, and we do not use your location when you are not using the app.

Saved delivery addresses

If you choose to save an address, we keep it to make your next orders easier. You can manage your addresses inside the app.

Order history and loyalty points

We keep your order information so you can follow your past orders and so we can calculate your loyalty points and offers.

App notifications

The app uses a technical token specific to your device to send notifications about your order status. Notifications about offers and vouchers are sent according to your notification settings, and you can turn them off at any time.

App usage statistics

We collect usage statistics inside the app (such as the screens you open and the ordering steps) to improve the service. When you are signed in, these statistics are linked to your account; otherwise they are linked to a random number for this installation of the app — not your device's advertising identifier. They are stored on our own servers only and are not shared with anyone, they are deleted automatically after 6 months, and they are unlinked from your account when you delete it.

2. What we do not access

For your peace of mind, the Cinderella app does not need access to:

The contacts on your phone.
Your photos or personal files.
The microphone.
The camera.
Your location in the background.

We also do not store bank card details; payment is cash on delivery, according to the payment method available in the service.

3. Why do we use your information?

To create your account and sign you in.
To receive and fulfil your orders.
To deliver your order to the address you choose.
To calculate the delivery fee and select the right branch.
To tell you about your order status.
To apply discounts, vouchers and loyalty points.
To respond to your questions and complaints.
To improve the quality of our services and the app experience.

We do not sell or rent your information to other companies for marketing purposes.

4. Do we share your information?

We only share your information when it is necessary to provide the service.

We may use technical service providers that help us run some features of the app, such as:

Notification services: to deliver order notifications to your device.
Maps and location services: to help you choose your delivery location and address.
SMS service: to send the verification code to your phone number.
In-app assistant service: when you use the assistant, the messages you send to it are processed by an AI service provider under contract with us to provide the reply you asked for.

The delivery driver is also given the information needed to complete the delivery, such as your name, phone number and address.

We do not sell customer data or share it for external advertising.

5. How long do we keep your information?

We keep your account information for as long as you use the app and need our services.
We keep order history as needed for customer service and accounting requirements.
When you delete your account, we delete the personal data linked to it; some order records may be kept in a form not linked to your identity when this is necessary for accounting or record-keeping. Usage statistics are also unlinked from your account immediately. We keep only your phone number (no name or address) together with the deletion reason, solely to prevent repeat use of new-customer offers and to enforce bans; it is never used for marketing.

6. You can delete your account at any time

You can delete your account and your data directly from the app:

Side menu → My Account → Delete Account

You can also contact us at info@asr-sharq.com and we will complete the deletion request within 30 days at most.

7. Controlling app permissions

You control the permissions you give the app.

At any time, from your phone settings, you can:

Turn off location access.
Turn off notifications.
Manage any other permissions granted to the app.

If you refuse location access, you can choose your delivery location manually inside the app.

8. How do we protect your information?

The connection between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS.
User session data is kept in secure storage.
Access to customer data is restricted to the permissions that are needed.

9. Children's privacy

The Cinderella app is intended for general use, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that data has been collected from a child under this age, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Updates to this privacy policy

We may update this privacy policy when we add new services or features to the app. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page, and we recommend reviewing it from time to time.
